At SmartCode Academy we aim for your complete satisfaction with our educational services. This Refund Policy describes when and how you may request a refund or cancel a payment transaction.

This Policy supplements Section 4 of our Public Offer. In case of conflict, the Public Offer prevails for contractual matters; this page provides a clear summary for customers and payment partners.

Important: after purchase confirmation, payments are non-refundable except where the course product was delivered incorrectly or not delivered in full.

• General rule — Refunds are not provided after purchase confirmation.
• Allowed case — A refund is allowed only if the purchased course product was delivered incorrectly or not delivered in full.

• Exclusive rule — No refund is provided for any reason other than incorrect or incomplete product delivery.

• Send a written request to our support email (see Seller contact information below) with your full name, order reference or payment date, course name, and reason for the refund
• We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and review them within 5 business days
• If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
• For card payments via Monobank, refunds appear on your statement according to your bank's processing time (typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund)

Transaction cancellation requests are reviewed under the same rule - only incorrect or incomplete product delivery is eligible for a refund.

Chargebacks should be a last resort - please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Educational services are digital content delivered online. By purchasing and accessing the course materials, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the access to the digital content is granted.
