Політика конфіденційності

Ця Політика конфіденційності пояснює, як SmartCode Academy (далі — «Виконавець», «ми») обробляє персональні дані під час використання smartcode-academy.com, навчальної платформи та пов’язаних освітніх послуг.

Політика застосовується до батьків і законних представників, які реєструються або оплачують послуги за учнів, а також до відвідувачів, які надсилають звернення через сайт.

Ми обробляємо персональні дані відповідно до Закону України «Про захист персональних даних» та, за потреби, GDPR для міжнародних клієнтів.

Ця українська версія Політики конфіденційності застосовується до громадян України.

Контролером даних є суб’єкт господарювання, зазначений у Публічній оферті та в блоці контактів продавця в кінці цієї Політики.

• Account and profile data — name, email address, phone number, login credentials, course enrollments, and learning progress
• Payment-related data — transaction identifiers, payment amount, currency, and payment status - card numbers and CVV are processed only by Monobank and are not stored on our servers
• Student data — student name, age or grade level where provided, assignments, quiz results, and platform activity - collected with parental consent for minors
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and analytics events used to secure and improve the service

• Виконання договору — надання курсів, доступу до платформи, живих уроків, сертифікатів та підтримки клієнтів
• Payment processing — to process purchases through Monobank and prevent fraud

• Legal obligations — to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
• Consent — for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where required

Ми не продаємо персональні дані. Передаємо дані лише перевіреним обробникам, необхідним для роботи сервісу:

Monobank — оплата (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay); MongoDB Atlas або аналог — хостинг бази даних; Vercel або аналог — хостинг сайту; Zoom — живі онлайн-уроки; поштові та аналітичні сервіси — згідно з налаштуваннями.

Processors are required to protect data under contractual obligations. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some processors may store or process data outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We retain account and course data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically at least 3 years unless a longer period is mandated).

You may request deletion of data that is no longer required, subject to legal retention limits.

We use encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and secure authentication to protect personal data. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Monobank in PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and prompt reporting of suspected unauthorized access.

Our services are designed for students aged 8–17. We collect student information only with verifiable parental or guardian consent and limit collection to what is necessary for education.

Parents and guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's personal data by contacting us, subject to legal exceptions.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies may be used to understand how visitors use our site; you can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party payment and video platforms may set their own cookies when you use their services.

• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion where there is no overriding legal basis to retain data
• Restriction and objection — restrict or object to certain processing based on legitimate interests

• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Commissioner for Human Rights or your local supervisory authority

We respond to verified requests within 30 calendar days unless a longer period is permitted by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
